[Fijo] PCBA defective. Overheating components, incorrect soldering with lose connectors

I order from this people 1000 PCBA of 1 model

1000 units had 2 connectors that the soldering was cold and lose, the had to resold all again. After I received them in Spain I started testing and connectors still wrong. Full payment was done (above 10.000,00 USD)

Meantime, they were in the process of manufacturing 5 more types of PCBA, 200 units each. I was lucky to have 35 units for test before doing the full payment. One of the PCBA had a connector that went overheated and this avoids the flaat cable to enter correct, and the latching of this does not work either.

After complaining to them, they recognized their manufacturing mistake. See WeChat conversation. As I claim to have them repaired by them, they started with excuses. As I complained to Alibaba, the WeChat conversation attached, and other videos and conversations of  King Field admiting their mistakes were not good for Alibaba, and they did not support my complain; attached, in Spanish, Alibaba answer "after caring consideration, we determined that will not reimburse and this case is closed"

Result? 18.000,00 USD lost, and months of my health and time wasted!
